THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10552 OF 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 state that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.7808 of 2012, which was disposed of on 07.11.2016 along with W.V.M.P. and Contempt Case. In the said order, this Court directed to pay salaries forthwith to the petitioners therein for the period from July, 2010 to 31.03.2012.

Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 07.11.2016, passed in W.P.No.7808 of 2012 and the respondents are directed to pay salary and arrears to the petitioner for the period from July, 2010 till he worked. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
