2. This Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the 2nd respondent has withdrawn the impugned proceedings in B.A.No.13114/2014/ACP-I, dt.Nil-02-2016 vide proceedings in B.A.No.13114/2014/ACP-I dt.11-08-2016.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
