THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29153 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in high handedly entering into the petitioners business premises by name F1 Snooker and Gaming Zone situated at Falaknuma main road, and locking the premises preventing the petitioners from carrying on its business activity, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 02.01.2020, with particular reference to the averment of respondent No.3 authority locking the business premises of the 1st petitioner, by drawing attention of this Court to point No.12 of the said written instructions submits that, the respondent police has not locked the premises of the petitioners and thus, the question of return of keys of the premises does not arise. Further, in point No.15 of the said written instructions, it is also stated that the respondent police has not entered into the premises of the 1st petitioner and not locked the premises. Having regard to the specific assertion on behalf of the respondent No.3 by the aforementioned written instructions and recording the same, no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
