This writ petition is filed alleging that the permit is not issued during the subsistence of lease in favour of petitioner. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the lease period granted earlier has already expired and whether the information with reference to further renewal is not known. Learned counsel therefore, requests that if the lease is renewed and if permit is not issued on such renewal, liberty may be granted to petitioner to work out his remedies.
