This Habeaus Corpus petition seeks production of V. Leela Kumar alleging that the respondents have illegally detained him. Sri C.S. Surya Prakash Rao, learned Special Government Pleader submits that V. Leela Kumar has been arrested in connection with Crime No.23 of 2016 registered at Dharmavaram Urban Police Station. He submits that he came to be arrested in connection with this crime on 22-06-2016 and, presently, he is in judicial custody. That seems to be the reason why learned counsel for the petitioner is not coming forward to work out this petition on merits. Writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
