It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a crime was registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that a copy of the First Information Report (F.I.R) is not furnished to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Station House Officer to issue a copy of F.I.R to the petitioner. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
