Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed; charge sheet was laid and the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has assigned P.R.C.No.71 of 2016 and ripe for committal.
In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
