This petition is filed, under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C."), to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.322 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for sometime, requested this Court to direct the court below to follow guidelines formulated by the Apex Court in " Raj esh Sh ar m a v. St at e of U.P.1"

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits, I find that it is a fit case to issue direction to the Court concerned to follow the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Raj esh Sh ar m a's case (supra). Accordingly, the Court concerned is directed to adhere to the guidelines issued in Raj esh Sh ar m a's case (supra).

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
