No representation for the petitioner on 02.02.2017 and today. I have perused the writ prayer and also the counter-affidavit of the respondents. This Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioner may not be interested in working out the writ prayer and seems, accordingly, no one is coming forward to argue the writ petition. 2.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.3916 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
