THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.25660 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as available in law against the order of retirement from service, dated 25.05.2016. Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
