ORDER:

In pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.11793 of 2015 on 09.06.2015, the issue was considered and the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam (respondent), by his proceedings bearing No.WP.No.11793/2015/ACP-III, dated 16.12.2015, passed orders rejecting the request of the petitioner for cancellation of the building plan as made in his representation, dated 10.03.2015.

2. The respondent filed affidavit explaining the reasons for delay in passing orders in pursuant to the directions issued by this Court.

3. The affidavit is taken on record and the reasons assigned are accepted. In view of the fact that the order is already complied, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt case pending.

4. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
