The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to receive the application from the petitioner for the post of Asst. Professor in Geography for the General recruitment to the post of Asst. Professors in Osmania University P.G. College including P.G. Colleges in Districts, without insisting the age limit pursuant to Advertisement-1/2006 dt. 31.3.2006 of the 1st respondent by extending the benefit of Judgment dated 27.08.2004 in W.P.No.8664/2004 to the petitioner also of forthwith.." .

On 25.05.2006, this Court passed the following interim order: "The respondents shall consider the feasibility of extending the benefit of clause (d) in note II." From the interim order dated 25.05.2006, it appears the grievance of petitioner is substantially worked out. The interim order is made as final order and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
