THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26170 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ is filed challenging orders of the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad dated 16-12-2002 in M.P.No.92/2000.

2. First respondent herein approached Labour Court-II, Hyderabad challenging deduction of Rs.21,794/-, which the Corporation deducted as excess payment and the labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the appellant-Corporation to pay the recovered amount and challenging the same, present writ is filed.

3. This Court granted interim suspension on 17-12-2003 on condition of depositing half of the amount before the

Labour Court-II, Hyderabad and permitted the first respondent herein to withdraw that amount without furnishing any security. 4.

As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed M.P.No.92/2000 before the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad was dismissed on 19-10-2010 for noncompliance of the order dated 18-08-2010. 5.

Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives for the writ petitioner herein and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
