Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the A.P. Transco.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the respondents are threatening them with the laying of high tension electrical service lines and also proposing to install electrical towers in the petitioners' land admeasuring Acs.4.67 cents in Survey No.196/2 of L.Agraharam, Tadepalligudem Mandal, without acquiring it and without following the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.45174 of 2016 dated 01.02.2017. A copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel.

In the said order, this Court, relying upon the earlier judgment reported in Devisetty Ramasw amy v. Chief Engineer, 400 KV Line AP Transco (APSPDCL), Hyderabad1, refused to interfere with the similar action of the respondents.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 01.02.2017 in W.P.No.45174 of 2016, to this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
