Bala Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a Memo dated 30.10.2015 stating that he is instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition, as he intends to proceed with the trial in the suit. Recording the said Memo, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the civil revision petition shall stand dismissed.
