KRL I.A.No.1 of 2025 (on being mentioned) This application is filed seeking to modify the order dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1029 of 2024 passed by this Court to the extent of sentence already undergone and order to release the petitioner.

A perusal of record reveals that the petitioner/accused belongs to Myanmar Country and entered into India via Bangladesh in the year 2012 without any passport or Visa, he was given I.D. card but they were not renewed for every two years. Therefore, he has clearly contravened the Section 14A of the Foreigners Act, 1946; as such this Court is not inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as the final order was signed and copy of the same was issued and it is not a fit case to allow under Section 362 of Cr.P.C.
