When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner so also the learned public prosecutor representing the State that the issue in the present revision is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Crl.Rc.No.995 of 2017, dated 10.04.2017.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this criminal revision case is also disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
