THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25721 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.G.R.Sudhakar for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...............Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass books and not entering our names in the Adangals, Pahanis and other revenue records for the lands Ac.0.50 cents each of the petitioners (Total Ac.6.50 cents) situated in Sy.Nos.1380/1 to 13 vide L.C.C.No.1884 to 1896 suituated in Malki Mohammedpuram of Pulla Village, Bhimadole Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 16 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pas books and not entering our names in the Adangals, Pahanis and other revenue records for the lands Ac.0.
50 cents each of the petitioners (Total Ac.6.50 cents) situated in Sy.Nos.1380/1 to 13 vide L.C.C.No.1884 to 1896 situated in Malki Mohammedpuram of Pulla Village, Bhimadole Mandal, West Godavari District.........." The Assistant Government Pleader referring to written instructions dated 23.07.2018 states that respondent No.4 would inform the view taken by the department within six (06) weeks from today on the request of petitioners for mutation of names of petitioners in the revenue records.
The writ prayer since is against inaction, this Court is not inclined to get into the merits of the matter at this stage.
The petitioners are given liberty to work out the legal remedies after receiving reply from respondent No.4.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
