Petitioner claims that he was the owner and in possession of Ac.1.00 guntas of land in Sy.No.246 part of Gaganpahad village, Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy district, having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 19.03.2004. Petitioner claimed to have made applications for conducting survey on 17.11.2018 and on 28.08.2019. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

The copies of the receipts issued by TSTS Limited made on F-line mode are enclosed as exhibits P1 and P2. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Tahsildar is directed to consider the claim of petitioner to conduct survey and to take appropriate decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
