Mr.Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 21-11-2017, to the Registry stating that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition in order to pursue his remedies before the competent authority. Today, at the hearing, he has reiterated the same.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.48606 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
