THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1901 of 2018 ORDER:

Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file Contempt Case afresh with some more and correct details.

Permission is accorded and the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
