HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14995 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the impugned proceedings dt.23.06.2007 vide No.45/SERP/ADM/07 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 309 and 311 of the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the same.

When the matter was listed on 22.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
