This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents to on the representation bearing No.1831/A10/Grievance, dated 16-07-2018 made by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was forwarded to the concerned Station House Officer by the Superintendent of Police, Guntur Urban and on 30-07-2018 the Inspector of Police, Old Guntur Police Station received report from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, East Division, Guntur town vide proceedings No.173/SDPO-East/2018, dated 14-07-2018 for taking necessary action. Since, a perusal of the complaint discloses noncognizable offence under Section 506 read with Section 34 IPC, the same was entered in G.D.

on 30-07-2018 and a requisition was sent to the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur with request to issue permission. It is stated that after receipt of the permission from the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, the case will be registered. Previously, there are disputes between the petitioner and respondents. In this regard, a case in Cr.No.208 of 2018 under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was registered.
