HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12185 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner states that he possessed B.Com qualification and is unemployed. His mother died on 28.05.2011 while working as lecturer in the 1st respondent college. The 1st respondent college is a private aided college. The petitioner submitted an application to the 1st respondent on 30.12.2011 enclosing the required certificates and documents and sought employment on compassionate grounds. Since there was no response from the 1st respondent, he submitted another representation to the 2nd respondent and on the said representation the 2nd respondent instructed the 1st respondent by memo dated 23.05.2012 to send the proposals for appointment on compassionate grounds. When there was no response from the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent issued a reminder on 11.01.2013. When there was no response from the 1st respondent, the present writ petition was filed. 2.

Even after issuing notice before admission way back on 23.04.2013, there is no response from the 1st respondent. 3.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to send proposals as requested by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the memos dated 23.05.2012 and 11.01.2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order and on such receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
