HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.15412 of 2017 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce the wife of the petitioner, Smt. Kommi Venkata Sai Sindu from the custody of respondent Nos.5 and 6 before this Court and set her be free and also direct to prosecute respondent Nos.5, 6 and others responsible for appropriate penal offences pursuant to Crime No.73 of 2017, dated 30.03.2017 of 3rd respondent - Nellore V Town Police Station, Nellore District.

Pursuant to the order dated 26.04.2017, Smt. Kommi Venkata Sai Sindu is present in person along with respondent Nos.5 and 6 before this Court. This Court interacted with the above named girl, who states that she is a major and married the petitioner, however, she wants to stay with her parents for some time.

It is not in dispute that the above girl viz., Smt. Kommi Venkata Sai Sindu is a major, aged about 22 years. Therefore, we cannot dictate the terms to the said girl, whether to stay with her parents or with her husband or with anyone. It is her desire to move freely in the society. It is upto her whether

SKK,J & GSP,J W.P.No.15412 of 2017 to maintain the matrimonial relationship or break up the same or to live as per her choice.

Therefore, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
