The grievance of petitioner is against inaction of 3rd respondent in releasing his PF and gratuity as illegal and arbitrary. On 29-12-2009 this court has given liberty to petitioner to represent for release of PF and gratuity and as and when representation is made, the respondents were directed to pass appropriate orders within two weeks therefrom. The respondents filed counter affidavit and the stand taken by the respondents in paragraph '4' of the counter affidavit is complete answer to the inaction complained by petitioner. The counter affidavit reads thus :- "It is respectfully submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the Depot Manager, Piduguralla did not release the amounts to be paid on his retirement is not true and correct and hence denied. The petitioner has received the following amounts towards P.F. Gratuity & SBT.
