THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.40219 of 2016 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to File No.B/773/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent office and consequently set aside the order No.B/773/2016, dated 07-11-2016 passed by the 1st respondent.

Against the impugned order, the petitioner has got alternative remedy of appeal under Section 4 A (1) of A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has got alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
