O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in disposing of the online application dated 6.10.2016 filed by the petitioner under in Form-VI (A) of the A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for mutation of his name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 6.10.2016 filed for mutation of his name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and titlte deeds, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
