Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court seeking to represent through a special vakalat holder and, in such event, the learned Magistrate shall consider the same and pass orders with necessary condition of personal appearance as and when required. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
