Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 26-102015, in WP.No.34726 of 2015, the Dravidian University- respondent No.14 therein filed this Writ Appeal.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Parameswara Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that a Division Bench of this Court in its Order, dated 2106-2016, in Writ Appeal Nos.301 and 717 of 2015 arising out of the Common Order in WP.Nos.25907 and 21883 of 2010, which are similar to WP.Nos.18255 of 2010 and batch, following which the order under appeal was passed, held that the appellant has no locus standi to maintain the Writ Appeals and that therefore, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Appeal.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.1654 of 2016, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) _______________
