The contempt case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 19.12.2016 in W.P. No.42814 of 2016. The Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj places on record proceedings Roc.No.2383/ 2015 G11 dated 16.03.2017 and reports that the order has been complied with. The counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence contempt not pursued.
