HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.2908 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents.

The impugned order is one passed by the 5th respondent for removing the petitioner after conducting domestic enquiry. Petitioner questions the said order through the present writ petition on the ground that there is violation of rules of natural justice and no enquiry as set in law was conducted. I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the writ petitioner is having efficacious alternative remedy to question the order before the appropriate authority.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority and the said authority is directed to go into the grievance of the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders. No order as to costs. The registry shall return the original of Ex.P1 by requiring the petitioner to substitute the same by an authenticated zerox copy. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
