THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2624 OF 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.54 of 2014 of I Town Police Station, Khammam, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (TS) brought to the notice of this court that the police investigated into the crime and filed charge sheet and the same was registered as C.C. No.315 of 2015.

In view of filing charge sheet, the Crime No.54 of 2014 cannot be quashed at this stage. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
