- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29269 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 and 2. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.5-11 guntas in Kodugal Village, Jadcherla Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. Earlier a person by name Gorige Mallaiah got his name mutated in the revenue records. Petitioner filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO). The RDO set aside the order of mutation and directed incorporation of name of the petitioner as pattadar and possessor. The Revision preferred by Gorige Mallaiah was dismissed by order, dated 07.07.2012, petitioner therefore, submitted representation to mutate his name in the revenue records. Inspite of the order passed by the RDO, affirmed by the Joint Collector, so far, the name of petitioner is not restored in the revenue records. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

The representation was made on 08.11.2019 to the Tahsildar, eliciting appropriate orders and the acknowledgement of Tahsildar, on 13.11.2019 is found in the representation filed as Ex.P.1.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. If necessary, the 2nd respondent shall put on notice respondents 3 and 4, before taking appropriate course of action, as warranted by law. It is made clear that there is no expression of opinion on merits. The disposal

- 3 - of writ petition is only with a direction to consider the representation made by the petitioner, by affording due opportunity to the parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the representation of the petitioner is not disposed of so far.
