ORDER

Challenging the show notice dated 15.01.2001 issued by respondent No.4 proposing to impose the punishment of terminating the petitioner from service, the present writ petition is filed.

Pursuant to the said show cause notice, the petitioner has submitted an explanation on 31.01.2001.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submit that as of now, the petitioner is continuing in service.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
