THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2087 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 22.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.39488 of 2016 in W.P.No.31936 of 2016. By the said order, this Court suspended the proceedings dated 11.07.2016 issued by the Commissioner of Ayush, State of Andhra Pradesh, posting the petitioner as a Medical Officer instead of as a Lecturer. In consequence, the petitioner had to be posted as a Lecturer (Ayur).

It is now stated that by proceedings dated 06.04.2017, the Commissioner, Department of Ayush, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, posted the petitioner as a Lecturer in Rasashastra and Bhaishaiyakalpana at Dr.NRS Government Ayurvedic College, Vijayawada, subject to the outcome of the case filed before the Supreme Court. In the light of this development, the interim order passed by this Court stands complied with.
