THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26416 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.B.Sesi Bushan Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 30.04.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent as illegal and voilative of principles of natural justice.

The issue arises under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Ac t').

This Court prima facie is of the view that the petitioner can file revision aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent. The counsel for petitioner requests six weeks time from today to file revision.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to file revision alongwith interlocutory application within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) The revision is heard and disposed of by keeping in view the ratio of this Court in KURUVA
