This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.117 of 2009 from the file of XII Additional District Judge (FTC), Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijayawada for disposal along with E.A.No.41 of 2010 in E.P No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.138 of 2000.

No representation is made on behalf of transfer petitioners.

3. Advocate for respondents submitted E.A.No.41 of 2010 was dismissed on 16.06.2014 and petitioners filed C.R.P. against said order and the same is pending as C.R.P.No.3361 of 2014, therefore, present transfer O.P has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of advocate for respondents, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
