This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused Nos.1 to 4 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.66 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against them \ are under Sections 420, 486 of IPC, Section 63 of Copy Right Act. i
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.
3. A perusal of the record would reveal.that this Court by order dated 04.04.2022 granted relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Thereafter they approached this Court on 26.09.2022, this Court directed the Police to follow guidelines prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Biha/, ' (2014) 8 scc 273

Since the case is still under the investigation no further orders are required. Needless to say, that the petitioners shall not be harassed by the Police in the grab of investigation. However, Petitioners are at liberty to move chargesheet if any filed by the Police. Further, petitioners shall assist the investigation. 5.
