ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar dated 20.04.2013 in issuing pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein filed an appeal, being Roc.No.B/3046/2013, before the Revenue Divisional Officer and obtained stay of the order dated 20.04.2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that due to stay order passed in the appeal, the Tahsildar is unable to implement the order dated 20.04.2013 and the appeal is stated to be pending.

2. Though learned Government Pleader was required to get instructions as to whether the appeal is still pending, in spite of two adjournments, no instructions of coming forward.

3. In view of that, the third respondent is directed to fix an early date for hearing of the appeal and after issuing notice to all the parties, hear and decide the appeal, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
