Learned counsel for the petitioner clearly submits that the petitioner has no case in the writ petition and as such, he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
