.. Petitioner AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by the Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Secretariat of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad & 3 others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

ORDER:

In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order of suspension passed by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No.15/A/2014, dated 23.12.2014.

2. The sum and substance of the case of the petitioner is that even though the 2nd respondent issued the impugned order as long back as in the year 2014, no enquiry has been conducted so far, nor the petitioner has been reinstated. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry.

3. Having regard to the nature of controversy, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry within a fixed time frame.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry as per law and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the impugned proceedings, dated 23.12.2014, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 8th March, 2016
