Vide the present petition, the petitioners sought to declare the action of the official respondents in not implementing the orders passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.Nos.7429/2011 and 7430/2011, dated 28.3.2013, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the official respondents to implement the orders of the Tribunal dated 28.3.2013 in the above O.As.

Vide the proceedings of the Director of Medical Education, A.P., dated 13.6.2018, the orders of the Tribunal dated 28.3.2013 passed in O.A.Nos.7429/2011 and 7430/2011 have been complied with.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. It is needless to state that if any consequential benefits are to be paid in terms of the orders dated 28.3.2013, the same shall be paid to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
