THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition Nos.3437, 3075 and 2959 of 2011 COMMON ORDER:

These civil revision petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are filed by the unsuccessful petitioners-defendants assailing the orders dated 09.06.2011 of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed separately in IA.nos.273, 274 and 275 of 2011 in OS.no.162 of 2004 filed respectively to reopen the suit, recall DW2 and receive documents enclosed to the petition.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 29.06.2011. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in these revisions. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
