Petitioner was appointed as Registrar of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, for a tenure of five years and on completion of his tenure, he retired from service. The grievance of the petitioner is that the benefits accrued to him for the tenure of five years of service rendered in the School of Planning and Architecture are not settled so far.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is making continuous correspondence to the authorities concerned for settlement of his benefits, but so far no action is taken. Petitioner made a detailed representation, dated 18.06.2018, to the Director, School of Planning and Architecture, the 2nd respondent, and the Registrar, School of Planning and Architecture, ventilating his grievance. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

When the matter is take up, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing the 2nd respondent agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation, dated 18.06.2018, submitted by the petitioner. 5.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Director, School of Planning and Architecture, the 2nd respondent, to pass orders on the

representation, dated 18.06.2018, submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
