Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, Andhra Pradesh, reported that the interim order dated 09.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4451 of 2016, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has been complied with. Sri D.Rama Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, confirms this.

In that view of the matter, as the order passed by this Court has been complied with, albeit with unnecessary delay, we are not inclined to take a serious view of the matter. The contempt case is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
