THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13246 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed alleging inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in taking action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2012 in connection with trespass into the petitioner's land. A reading of the papers filed along with the Writ Petition showed that the Sub Inspector of Police, Kondurg Mandal, refused the copy of the complaint of the petitioner and hence the compliant was forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubnagar.

The learned Government Pleader obtained written instructions to say that, as per the records of the Kondurg Police Station, the petitioner did not lodge the complaint dated 28.04.2012, but she sent a copy of the representation by post on 28.04.2012 to the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubnagar District. It was stated that if the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubnagar, sends the endorsement on the petitioner's representation, the Sub Inspector of Police, Kondurg Police Station, would take necessary action.

This Court, by order dated 02.05.2012, directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation/complaint dated 28.04.2012 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. In view of the passage of time, it is assumed that the respondents would have taken some action on the copy of the representation/complaint. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to her to lodge a fresh complaint and the respondents shall take necessary action, if the cause of action survives.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed with the above observations. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 15.02.2016 vs
