ORDER

The present criminal revision case is directed against the order dated 21.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.465 of 2015 in C.C.No.83 of 2013 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District.

3. The petitioner/accused is involved in C.C.No.83 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 read with Section 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1988.
