The petitioner is an Army Officer and consequent upon the constitution of Armed Forces Tribunal, the petitioner has to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal in order to resolve his grievances, if any. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
