This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not absorbing the services of the petitioners as Assistant Professors in 1st respondent University inspite of their representation dated 24.09.2015 and consequential letter of the 2nd respondent dated 20.12.2016 as arbitrary and illegal; and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already petitioners submitted representation dated 24.09.2015 to the 1st respondent in respect of the grievance in the writ petition regarding absorption/regularisation and the same not being disposed of.
Heard Sri K.Jyothi Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
Having regard to the fact that the representation of the petitioners is pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 24.09.2015, in accordance with law
